Knowing the path is different than walking the path
Be practical exact and measureable
I suggest these simple building blocks as principles below:
- I make a detailed interview for introduction and clarifying your needs.
- On the next meeting I hand you an offer with at least three different solution concepts.
- We agree on wich concept we should develop and make a contract. Until here, the consultancy is free of charge.
- After defining the contract's goals, range, timing, number of participants I do the whole perparations besides the workshops, coaching/training sessions.
- Measuring, evaluating workshops and "so called" soft trainings need very unique and well defined assessment methods such as shadowig or polling. That is why I strongly recommend an intensive preparation phase where we can define what and how to measure after the workshops.
